Stir Fried Cabbage
A very simple but extremely yummy dish whipped up in less than 10 mins!
Ingredients:
Chinese Cabbage sliced into pieces
Handful of dried shrimps (soaked for few mins in hot water)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Few dashes of Shao Xing Wine
Method:
Put some oil in wok
Throw in dried shrimps and fry till fragrant
Throw cabbage in
Add all sauces above
Fry for a few minutes till leaves a wilted.
Serve it piping hot :)
(I like my veggies crunchy so I will serve when stem parts are not too soft but easily broken apart by the spatula.

HERBAL CHICKEN (Seah's Emperor Herbs)
Another simple and fuss free dish
Ingredients:
3 big chicken drumsticks
4 shitake mushrooms (soaked with warm water for few mins)
Handful of wolfberries
Method:
- Wash chicken thoroughly.
- Rub 1/2 packet of Seah's Emperor Herbs all over chicken evenly.
- In the given aluminium foil and plastic found in the herbs packet, place chicken, mushrooms and wolfberries on top.
- Tie the platic and steam over low fire for 1-1.5 hours.
- Ready to serve when chicken is tender and soft.
